Integrative Bodywork
Hands-on therapeutic sessions that support the physical body through informed touch, gentle manual techniques and calm, attentive care.

Care grounded in the body
Bodywork sessions focus on supporting the physical body for overall well-being. Through informed touch, gentle manual techniques and calm, attentive care, these sessions aim to reduce aches, pain and tension. Each session is guided by assessment and real-time feedback from the body, supporting the nervous system while encouraging healthier energy flow.
What you may experience
Clients experience deep relaxation and often report improved mobility with reduced pain or stiffness. Emotional release may also occur as the body and nervous system settle into a more balanced state after long-standing patterns of stress.
The techniques
Moxa combustion uses gentle warmth to encourage circulation and vitality. Reflexology works through specific points on the feet to support organ systems and whole-body balance. Acupressure applies focused pressure to relieve muscular tension and support energetic flow. Cupping and Gua Sha help ease stagnation, improve tissue mobility and encourage natural detoxification. Together they support relaxation and physical ease without force.
Session lengths and rates
Integrative bodywork is offered in three lengths, at the same rates as energy healing: 30 minutes for $65 CAD, 45 minutes for $85 CAD and 60 minutes for $95 CAD. Bodywork is arranged directly with Daniel rather than through the online booking page.
Suitability comes first
Cupping and Gua Sha can leave temporary marks and may be unsuitable with blood-thinning medication, fragile skin or bleeding disorders. Moxibustion involves heat and may involve smoke, with burn and respiratory risks. Discuss these approaches with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly during pregnancy or with existing conditions.
Your boundaries are respected
Ask about pressure, positioning, draping, hygiene and the exact techniques before agreeing to bodywork. Avoid treatment over broken or infected skin or an acute injury. Seek medical care for unexplained or severe symptoms. You may decline any technique or withdraw consent at any time.
Roles in the relationship
Sometimes the roles in the relationship can be unequally distributed, or even realized in the first place, leading to built-up tension and unhappiness.
In couple counseling, we work to understand how and why both parties view the different roles, and how it affects the relationship overall.

Beliefs and values
Oftentimes, the beliefs and values people have stem from their childhood and past experiences, and when they don't align within the relationship, miscommunication can happen.
Together with a therapist, couples can work towards gaining a clear perspective into each others' beliefs and values.
